Office of the ombudsman for public transport
The Ombudsman is an independent and neutral institution that hears complaints from travellers who are dissatisfied with the quality of public transport services. It also handles disputes and other problems arising between travellers and public transport companies. The office of the ombudsman acts as mediator and conciliator, but has no authority to impose sanctions.
