Office of the ombudsman for public transport
The office of the ombudsman is an independent and neutral institution to which all users of public transport who are dissatisfied with a service of public transport can turn to for advice, whether he or she has differences of opinion or other problems with a transport company. The office of the ombudsman acts as mediator and conciliator, but has no authority to impose sanctions.
